The sessions are always varied, allowing you to let off steam and work the whole body at the same time.

About this class

Using boxing gloves, pads, a punching bag and skipping rope, you'll perfect classic sequences such as the jab-right, the uppercut and the hook. By combining precise movements and varied sequences, you'll learn to coordinate your punches, work on your speed and adjust your positioning to maximize the impact of your strikes.

Each boxing session offers variety. The instructor will guide you throughout the class, allowing you to progress at your own pace while providing constant support.
